Damaged items:
If a shipment you receive is damaged, please contact us. Be sure to notify and document any visible damages to your UPS delivery person.
All returns (of items other than supplements) must be returned un-opened and in the original packaging. You may return the package by a carrier of your choice including the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. It is recommended that you insure the package and require a signature confirmation for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or that arrive damaged due to shipping.
