My name is Coach Steve Ilg, a name that some of you might recognize from our shared love of sacred sweat in the outdoor sports and a few of you yogis as well! I've been around professionally since 1982, when i founded Wholistic Fitness Personal Training and High Performance Yoga. In 1985 i wrote, THE OUTDOOR ATHLETE, have since authored five transpersonal and sport performance books in thirteen languages. I was the first personal trainer to develop Online Fitness Training through my website; WholisticFitness.com
