MAP Testimonial

My name is Jeffrey Minicola and I have been using MAP (and its predecessor MAP ) for around four or five years now. I saw an article in Triathlete magazine which talked in great detail about the recovery powers of MAP. The science made a lot of sense so I thought I would try it.

Initially, I only took MAP after the completion of hard cycling workouts and Duathlon races. I definitely noticed a difference in my muscle recovery upon taking 8 to 10 tablets within 30 minutes of the end of the race or workout. My muscles would not be nearly as sore the next day compared to not taking MAP.

A few years ago, I started to take MAP tablets before my hard cycling workouts and Duathlon races. I noticed a difference in my endurance and my ability to hold higher intensity intervals for longer periods as a result. On particularly long cycling training sessions over 3 hours and longer Duathlons over 1.5 hours, I found that it helped my finishing endurance if I took 3 to 5 tablets mid-race or training session as well.

I would highly recommend MAP to any endurance athlete/triathlete/duathlete as it aids in muscle recovery after workouts and races and maximizes endurance during these events.
I was able to win my age group in 3 of 6 Duathlon races entered in 2009 with the help of MAP. My times are consistently better than ever before as a result.
