Winner at Mooseman Int'l Triathlon (Women 55-59)
Dear BodyHealth,
Over and over, I find that MAP keeps me training and racing strong!
Recently, I signed up for a triple race weekend, The "Black Fly Festival" at Waterville Valley alpine ski area, NH. Friday evening began the weekend with an uphill time trial, which began at 7:30p.
I knew that it would be tricky to go explosively all-out, then recover in time for a very early Saturday morning International distance triathlon. But, I had my trusty MAP that I take daily, and even added a dose immediately after the time trial (for extra recovery boost). To cap off the weekend, early Sunday morning was a sprint distance triathlon. Wrapping it all up, I took first in my age group in all three events. Within those results, I was third overall woman at the time trial, and third overall woman for all the weekends' combined races ("Lord of Flies" category). I felt strong and recovered each day. Being 58 years old, recovery is the key element for me to keep going strong! MAP is key to my recovery regime! Thank you BodyHealth! Mary Lou Lowrie

For the past two years, I have been faithfully using MAP on a daily basis. As an Ironman athlete, 57 years old, I understand the need for my body to have the ability to recover and maintain energy levels for the next event - whether it be a tough training day, race of any distance, or just a "day off. Along with smart training, MAP gives me that extra energy and keeps me going strong and injury-free.
