Winner's package includes the personalized triathlete training program with Dave Scott, a case of MAP, round trip airfare and 3 days/2 nights lodging at The Boulderado, Boulder, Colorado's landmark, four-star luxury hotel.
Ten runners-up will each receive a bottle of MAP, a TIMEX watch, a pair of LOOK socks and a Dave Scott Nutritional DVD.
Dave will work one on one with the winner to customize a program specifically for his or her needs. Dave will work one on one with the winner on each discipline – correcting biomechanics and advising technical changes. He will provide direction on seasonal training cycles, sport-specific strength training, exercises to prevent injuries, peaking for races, improving transition time, tapering, nutrition and being more mentally prepared for your race and more.
The winner of last year's drawing , retired educator and triathlete, Wayne Johannes from Keno, OR described his weekend with Dave as “outstanding” and further went on to enthuse - “Dave is a super-hero but what surprised me was how very down to earth and approachable he is. I was astounded by his depth of knowledge and his ability to put his training tips across in a simple but very effective way.”

1. The Drawing
Win a Weekend with Dave Scott Drawing begins October 1, 2008 and ends January 31, 2009.

3. ELIGIBITY
The drawing is open to everyone excluding employees, directors, officers, sponsored members, and staff of BodyHealth.com, Inc. and Dave Scott Inc. TIMEX, LOOK, as well as family members of the aforementioned companies.

5. THE GRAND PRIZE
One winner will be randomly selected to win the Weekend with Dave Scott.
6. THE RUNNERS-UP PRIZES
Ten runners up will be randomly selected and will each receive a bottle of MAP, a TIMEX watch, a pair of LOOK socks and a Dave Scott Nutritional DVD.
7. DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING PRIZES
All prize-winners, whether grand prize winner or runners-up, must claim their prizes within thirty (30) days of winning notification. The actual date for the “Weekend with Dave Scott” will be worked out with the winner and BodyHealth.com Inc. The actual dates must be approved in accordance with the availability and schedule of Dave Scott.
If a prize winner fails either to claim the prize or inform BodyHealth.com, Inc. of his or her inability to claim the prize before the deadline, his or her entry will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
8. EXPENSES
BodyHealth.com, Inc. will pay for airfare (in the Continental United States) and lodging for 1 person at the Boulderado Hotel in Boulder Colorado . The prize-winner is responsible for all other incidental expenses incurred in connection with accepting the prize (the “Expenses”).
9. CHANCES OF WINNING
Chances of winning depend on the number of drawing entrants.
10. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
BodyHealth.com, Inc. does not make any representation or offer any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any prize. Every prize-winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from BodyHealth.com, Inc. should the prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to the prize winner.
11. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
All entries shall become the property of BodyHealth.com, Inc. BodyHealth.com, Inc. assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure or technical malfunction of the telephone network, on-line computer systems or equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.
The winner agrees to allow his/her name to be announced in conjunction with winning. Furthermore the winner agrees to be interviewed and to provide a testimonial regarding the prize.
12. CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

13. NO DISRUPTION TO DRAWING
All drawing entrants agree to respect the entry process and the operation of the drawing as outlined in these rules and regulations. BodyHealth.com, Inc. or their Sponsor(s) may disqualify or ban from future drawing any drawing entrant or person who BodyHealth.com, Inc. or their Sponsor(s) believes is tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing , to be acting in a disruptive or
unsportsmanlike manner, or behaving with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person associated with BodyHealth.com, Inc. or their Sponsor(s).
