This is my second journal entry from March 20 to April 13th 2006.
I am really seeing the benefits of Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) during my conditioning stages.
Conditioning is usually tough because it’s at the end of the practice and you are pretty worn out. I am able to get through my conditioning much easier and most times finish before anyone else.

This journal entry is from April 17th to May 12th
Once school out lets next week our practice amount may increase a few hours more a week. I think I will be stepping up to 4 or 5 MAP before and after workouts. I am currently taking 3 MAP before and 3 after. In my next entry I will post my results.
April 17, 2006
On Monday I went to Bars Floor and Vault. First we went to vault. At vault we did 10 vaults. Next we went to Floor. On floor we did 3 tumbling passes. Then when we where done, we then did Front tucks. Afterwards we went to bars and had 10 first halves and 10 second halves. Then it was time for conditioning. For conditioning we had 25 arounds then last we had 50 chin-ups.
April 18, 2006
Tuesday we had to go to Beam Floor and Bars. First we went to go to Floor. On floor we did Front hand springs onto Stack mats. When we where finished with floor we went to beam. On Beam we did 5 routines in a row. Last we went to bars. On bars we did 10 routines and had to show her the last one. Last it was time for conditioning. We had 1000 crunches, then 25 laps around, and last we did 25 chin-ups.
April 20, 2006
On Thursday we did Bars and that’s it. We just did 10 routines. But first we had to do 5 kips, and then when I was done I did 10 back hip circles. After, we had to do 1 routine on beam. Last, it was time for conditioning. We had 25 arounds, 50 chin-ups, and 10 lines of lunges.
April 21, 2006
Friday we did Bars and vault. First we went to bars. On bars we did 50 squatons. Next we went to vault. For vault we had to do just a whole bunch of vaults. Last we did each of our splits for 3 minutes.
April 24, 2006
On Monday we did Floor bars and vault. First we went to vault. On vault we did 6 vaults then our last two we had to show her. Next we went to bars, but in between bar routines 3 people out of all ten of us would go to floor and do three routines. Last it was time for conditioning. We did 30 arounds, and 50 chin-ups.
April 25, 2006
On Tuesday, we went to bars and vault. First we went to bars and had to do 10 routines, and then we had to show Shannon the last two. When I got done I had to do the second half of my routine. Next we had 12 vaults, 6 going on to the whale and 6 going on to the horse. Then we had conditioning. We had 25 beam jumps, ten lines of lunges, and 25 chin ups.
April 27, 2006
Thursday we went to bars and beam. First we went to bars. There we had 8 routines; Shannon wanted to see the last 2. On beam we had 10 routines. Either the first 5 or the second 5 had to in a row. (no mess ups at all) For conditioning we had 30 beam jumps, 25 beam push ups, and 10 beam walks with our hands.
May 1, 2006
Monday we went to floor, vault and beam. On floor we did front handsprings onto the stack mats, and front tucks. Next was vault, there we did 6 handstand pushes onto the whale. After that we did 6 vaults onto the horse. Then we went to beam. On beam we had 8 routines and 4 had to be in a row. Last was conditioning, we had 50 over and ups on the beam, 400 crunches in between and rollover v-ups.

Tuesday I went to floor and bars. On floor, I did 3 routines and in between each one I had to 7 of my tumbling passes each. Then was bars, I had 10 routines and show Shannon the last 2. For conditioning, first was rollover V-ups, 10 lines of lunges, and 96 beam pushups.
May 4, 2006
Thursday I went to vault, bars and floor. On vault, I did 6 vaults on the whale and 6 vaults onto the horse. Next I went to bars, there I had 8 routines. Last was floor, there I did 3 routines. For conditioning, 30 beam jumps and 50 chin ups.
May 5, 2006
Friday all I worked on was beam. I showed Shannon 1 routine, and afterward had 6 in a row. No conditioning.
May 8, 2006
Monday I went to bars and beam. First I went to beam. On beam I did back walkovers. Next I went to Bars. There I did 10 straight arm kips. Then I did back hip circles. Then it was time for conditioning, I did 400 crunches.

On Tuesday I did Floor and Bars. First I went to floor, there I did tumbling passes. Next I went to bars and did, 10 straight arm kips and then back hip circles. Then it was time for conditioning. I did 30 beam jumps and 50 jump over the beams.
May 11, 2006
On Thursday I got to pretend to be in a beginner’s class. Then I went to Bars and had 10 straight arm kips and then back hip circles. (Birthday and had to leave early.)

Friday I went to floor and bars. First I went to floor and did tumbling passes. Next I went to bars and had 10 straight arm kips on the low and high bars.
