Sarah Armstrong - Hurst Gymnastics Team and USA Gymnastics

This is my second journal entry from March 20 to April 13th 2006.

I am really seeing the benefits of Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) during my conditioning stages.

Conditioning is usually tough because it’s at the end of the practice and you are pretty worn out. I am able to get through my conditioning much easier and most times finish before anyone else.

March 20, 2006

On Monday I went to gym and my coach said that we were doing Beam and about 30 minutes of Floor. We started out on floor and did front handsprings and front tucks. Then we went to beam and then stayed there the rest of the time. We had to do 10 routines in a row. If you fell on any of the routines you had to go all the way back to one and then had to finish them. I got finished so I got to work on back walkovers. Finally it was time for conditioning. We had 25 arounds and 500 crunches then 3 minutes in each of our splits.
