This is my second journal entry from March 20 to April 13th 2006.
I am really seeing the benefits of Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) during my conditioning stages.
Conditioning is usually tough because it’s at the end of the practice and you are pretty worn out. I am able to get through my conditioning much easier and most times finish before anyone else.

I upped my MAP dose to 4 pills before work out and 4 pills after workout. My body seems to recover from harder workouts and falls much quicker. I will be attended a gymnastics camp with part of my team from June 14th till June 22nd at the University of Gainesville in Gainesville Florida. I will be writing about that in my next entry.

On Monday I went to floor, beam, and bars. On floor I did Tumbling on the stack mats. Then I went to beam, where I did back walkovers and full turns. Last I went to Bars. I had 10 kips on the low and high bars. Finally it was conditioning, I did 25 beam jumps and 400 crunches.

Tuesday I went to Floor, Vault, and Bars. On floor we did tumbling passes on the mats and back tucks. Secondly I went to vault and did front handsprings. Last I went to the bars and got to do fly-a-ways. Then it was time for conditioning where I did 25 beam jumps.

Thursday I went to floor, vault, and beam. First I went to floor. I did power tumbling and round-off back handspring from my knee. Next I went to vault and did front handsprings. Then I went to beam and did 10 handstands, kart wheels, and back walkovers. Last I did conditioning. I had to 50 roll over v-ups.

On Monday I went to floor beam and bars. On floor I did power round off back handsprings off the stack mats. Next I went to beam and did 10 back walkovers, kart wheels, hand stands, and dismounts. Last I went to Bars and did 10 kips on the low and high bar. Then back tucks off the bar. Finally it was time for conditioning we did 25 beam jumps.

Tuesday we did Floor, and Bars. On floor we did power tumbling off the stack mats, and back tucks, and back handsprings on the mats. Next I went to bars, where I did 10 kips on the high and low bars. Last it was time for conditioning. I had 25 beam jumps, 100 roll up jumps.

Thursday I went to Floor, Vault, and Bars. For Floor I did power tumbling. Next was vault. There I did 10 vaults off the tongue. Next was bars were I did 10 kips on the low and high bar, and free hips. Conditioning time had come and I had 25 arounds, 10 lines of lunges, 40 pull ups, 100 toe raises on each side and 40 push ups.

Friday I went to Beam and Bars. First I went to beam and did 10 back walkovers, kart wheels, handstands, and dismounts. Last was Bars and I had Cast to handstands.

Last I went to beam and did 10 back walkovers, handstands, kart wheels, and dismounts. It was then time for conditioning and had 25 arounds and 400 crunches.

On Thursday I had just started my new gym schedule. I did Beam, and Bars. First I went to beam and had 10 back walkovers, handstands, kart wheels, and dismounts. Next I went to bars and had to do 10 kips on the high and low bar. Then it was time for conditioning. We had 25 arounds and at 23 we had to do 50 roll over push-ups. Then we did the rest of our arounds.

On Monday I went to Floor, Bars, and Vault. First I went to Floor and did tumbling passes. On Bars I did 5 kips on the low and high bar. Last I went to vault and did 10 vaults of the tongue. Then it was time for conditioning and we had 25 arounds in 15 minutes. Then we did 10 lines of lunges. Last were 400 crunches.

Tuesday I went to Vault, Bars, and Beam. On vault I had 10 vaults of the tongue. Next was Bars there I had 10 kips on the low and high bar. Last was Beam I had 5 back walkovers, handstands, kart wheels, and dismounts. For conditioning I did 26 arounds and at 14 I stopped and did 50 roll over v-ups. Last I finished my arounds and did wheel barrel races.

On Wednesday I went to Floor, Bars, and Beam. On floor I did power tumbling. For bars I had 5 kips on the high and low bar. Last was beam where I had 10 kart wheels, handstands, dismounts, and back walkovers. Finally it was time for conditioning; I had 25 arounds, and 10 lines of lunges, and 400 crunches.
