Dave Scott - Six time Ironman World Champion and the First Inductee into the Ironman Hall of Fame

“I’ve trained a lot of athletes and the one thing triathletes want to know is how to get that extra edge over their competitors. You can imagine their expression when I tell them that it has nothing to do with their competitors but everything to do with how they take care of themselves, mentally and physically. I include MAP™ in this discussion because it has proven to be an essential part of my training and my health. I don’t go a day without it.” - Dave Scott

Michael Barry - Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team

"Since I have started using MAP , I have noticed improved recovery between training sessions. In the last month, I have been doing large training loads and the benefits have been noticeable.

Through all the training and intense racing, I managed to stay healthy, fit, and strong - all things I can attribute to the MAP and the BodyHealth Complete."

Pam Kallio - USAT coach, USA cycling coach

"I am a 56 year old age group athlete, a USAT coach and a USA cycling coach, as well as a working parent. My time for training is limited and I have to make each training session count. This means that for me, nutrition and recover is a key element to a successful racing and training year. MAP has been a key ingredient for me for the last few years."

Brooke Davison - 70.3 Ironman Amateur World Champion, Undefeated 2008 Season (see race bio)

"Prior to taking MAP as part of my daily regime, I caught every bug that my children brought home from school. Now with MAP on board, my immune system is strong and I am able to keep most bugs at bay. Thus, I am able to maintain high intensity training sessions and recover in between, instead of using energy to fight off viruses. MAP supports my overall well being as a mother and as a triathlete.

I trust BodyHealth.com and MAP intuitively and wholeheartedly and recommend it to any athlete looking to achieve peak results as well as overall consitiutional health."

Alex Mroszczyk-McDonald - Overal Winner at Lake Placid at Mooseman 1/2 Ironman

"When taking MAP after a long run or long ride, I would virtually be able to complete the same workout the next day, where as last year my training would be compromised for days due to the residual soreness and fatigue from these strenuous workouts.

Being a medical student I understand the intricate balance between exercise physiology, nutrition and recovery. In order to repair muscle damage as well as recharge the body quickly, the essential amino acids and other nutrients must be readily available to the body, however, they must also be available in the correct ratios.

Taking MAP I do not need to worry if I obtained the correct volume or ratios of isoleucine or valine to optimize my recovery. It is already done!"

  Cherie Gruenfeld - Ironman Champion

"2007 was a banner season for me - a comeback after a lay off in 2006 due to injuries suffered in a bike crash. How I'd return was an unknown, but I "ran the table", winning every event I entered: two Olympic triathlons, three 70.3 events and two Ironman races, including the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

To accomplish this, I followed a smart season-long training plan and used BioBuilde to support that plan. I put in the work and counted on BioBuilde to do the vital recovery work for me. This strategy took me through this winning season 100% healthy and strong. I'm currently enjoying the off-season and will start back in January with my first Ironman planned in April and BioBuilde by my side." - Cherie Gruenfeld

Dr. Melisa Christian
2008 Women's U.S. Olympic Team Trials- Qualifier

Frustrated with my inability to obtain adequate amount of protein throughout my work day to support my rigorous training schedule I began searching for a protein supplement. I found MAP to fit perfectly into my hectic day. Since I have been using MAP.

I truly believe that I can recover faster from hard training sessions and races. I have relied on MAP year around for the last three years to help keep me healthy and competitive.

Jukka Valkonen, R.N., P.H.N. - See Bio

As the athlete ages, the years of training has provided a solid mental and physical base to draw from. However, "quality" becomes so important regarding training sessions, recovery, and nutrition. I've been taking MAP every day, and every race since 2003. Now being in my 40s, I am a consistently faster, stronger, and durable athlete than I was in my 20s and 30s. My old injuries flare up less, and I don't experience new injuries. My immune system is stronger, I sleep better, thus I am able to train more intensely every day than I did prior to MAP. I also compete year-round, and have more consistent podium finishes. MAP is not a supplement for me, rather, it's an integral part of a healthy, balanced diet.

Captain Edward L. Arntson III — Wounded US ARMY RANGER

"As I continue to train with MAP, the results only get more and more positive as I move along towards the fitness level I had prior to my deployment to Iraq and being wounded.

I have also been taking the BodyHealth Complete+DETOX multi-vitamins for the last month. I can feel a noticeable difference in my energy levels throughout the day since I began taking this vitamin. I take it twice a day (2 in the AM and 2 in the PM). A great complete multi-vitamin! "

I recently had knee surgery for a torn meniscus, and within 4 months

I am already as fast and strong as I was PRE-INJURY, not just pre-surgery. I look forward to a strong 2009 season with the help of MAP!!"
