Winner at Nathan's Tempe Triathlon (Male 44-44)
At first I was bit skeptical that a supplement could have such an impact on recovery & performance. So I tried a few bottles to see what the big deal was.
I noticed right away that I was recovering faster from workouts. I also noticed that by taking MAP before workouts that I felt stronger during hard or long sessions, didn't have that "trashed" feeling afterwards & wasn't as sore the next day. I felt as though my when I raced or did
threshold workouts my ability to redline increased......I was just able to hang on a lot longer.
Another unique thing was that I wasn't as hungry after a workouts.....don't get
me wrong I still ate plenty! I just didn't have that famished feeling once I climbed out of the pool, it really seemed to curb that protein craving. I would use MAP as a protein source in a small snack or meal & it worked great, I didn't feel hungry & had plenty of energy & focus.
One of the really cool benefits of all this was that, during this whole process I continued to get leaner & won my age group in back to back races! Hey, if a Super Hero like Dave Scott can benefit from this stuff, we probably all can.
