Thanks to Master Amino Acid Pattern I broke my PR 4 years in a row

Since I am using Master Amino Acid Pattern my recovery has been extraordinary, the best I’ve had in my life. I am 44 years old and have participated for 20 years in Olympic distance triathlons and 15 years in Ironmans. I am still breaking my marks.

Last Sunday at Ironman Austria I did a PR with a time of 10:06 with a marathon of 3:36 forty five days prior to the race, my challenge was to lose 8lbs. I was overweight. So I decided to make a drastic diet totally eliminating sugar, lowering dramatically my carbohydrates and the quantity of food. The problem was that being in a tapering phase of training, my quantity of exercise was decreasing, which meant I was going to burn less calories. That made losing weight a real challenge. But while I was doing less volume, the quality of workouts was increasing. With a low calorie diet the risk of injury was greater.

    Virtue of Patience

After 21 years of racing, I have learned a great deal about training principles, racing strategy, sports nutrition, and injury prevention. If I had to pinpoint the most valuable lesson I have learned over the past several years, it would have to be the virtue of patience. Patience is rarely practiced nor spoken of in the triathlon arena. Most triathletes have the mentality of Steve Prefontaine “to give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift” or Neil Kendall “some runners follow their dreams others hunt them down and beat them merciless into submission”. Such aggressive mantras can be motivating in the later parts of a race or during a hard interval session but it is patience that will bring long term success.

Winner at Concreteman Triathlon and Ozark Valley Triathlon

Like a lot of other multi-sport athletes, I have a shelf devoted strictly to a wide variety of supplements, vitamins, powders and elixirs. However, that number is dwindling, as I consistently find myself coming back to Master Amino Acid Pattern as the all-around solution.

Master Amino Acid Pattern provides an all-in-one answer for both pre and post training supplementation, without any gastric issues or other problems that many products induce.

When you have an "A" race coming up, don't experiment or short change yourself. Turn to Master Amino Acid Pattern, and race your best!

    Sincerely,
    Randy Featherstor

I feel strong and ready for the coming events

From Michael Barry’s journal, Discovery Team Pro cyclist and Master Amino Acid Pattern Team member:From Michael Barry’s journal, Discovery Team Pro cyclist and Master Amino Acid Pattern Team member:

The build-up to the second half of the season, and specifically the Vuelta, has begun and I feel strong and ready for the coming events. In the last month I took a little break from training, after having a big block of racing and training going into the Tour de France—which I was a reserve for—I needed a rest and time to regroup, refocus and look towards the other goals in the season.

Through all the training and intense racing in June I managed to stay healthy, fit, and strong—all things I can attribute to the Biobuilde (MAP) and the Bodyhealth Complete(which I started supplementing with daily last month) Bicycle racing loads the immune system heavily as we are constantly traveling and living in different environments while stressing our bodies with massive workloads on the bike. Staying healthy is a key to maintaining fitness and I feel fortunate I have been able to keep on top of it.
