Winner at Warsaw Optimist Triathlon and Indiana's Best of the US (Overal Female)
I began using Master Amino Pattern (MAP), at the beginning of the year when I decided to train for my first 70.3 triathlon. I was looking for something to help me recover faster so I could maximize my training.
I am a working mother of two children, 4 and 6, and I don't have a lot of time to train. When I have the time, I want to feel like I am giving it my all. Since I have added MAP into my daily routine, I can train harder and recover faster than without it.
 I find myself less sore after taking the MAP.
My first 5k of the year, I was able to PR and was the overall female winner. I recently competed in Indiana's Best of the US qualification race and won the overall female title to represent Indiana in the October race. Thanks for making such a great product!
