Well, as predicted, I am only getting stronger and leaner as time goes on. I am routinely doing sets of 20 or more pull-ups, my bench press has increased dramatically, and my run times continue to improve.  I recently ran 5 miles in 34 minutes, and my weight is down to around 206/7 without any loss of muscle mass.

MAP is just flat out awesome. I am almost never sore, even after brutal strength or cardio workouts.

I am trying to convince a friend to try your product to make him a convert like I was several years ago. We work out together and after hard workouts, he will still be very sore the next day, whereas I am barely even sore and can push harder the next day out.
