Captain Ed's Journal
The benefits of MAP continue to prove outstanding for me. Here in my new job at 1st Ranger Battalion, life is busier than I have ever experienced at any of my other jobs. What that often means is conducting a great workout in the morning for Physical Training, coming back to the locker room, grabbing a quick shower and then heading straight up to the office for a long day of planning, coordinating, and computer work. I absolutely can not afford to be sore or sluggish as I head into my day. MAP absolutely won't let it happen.
After brutal interval workouts, intense strength workouts, or long cardio sessions, I am rarely sore or sluggish as I head into my day.
On another note, my wife, who has been taking MAP for about a year now has seen great results as well. She is a vegetarian, so at times, she has trouble getting all of her protein for the day, especially when working out
5 or 6 days a week. One serving of MAP each day has helped her tremendously in recovery and in getting all of her required protein.
Also, my aunt, who recently had gastric bypass surgery, was having trouble getting the required protein from her somewhat restrictive diet. After talking with her about it and recommending MAP, she has seen marked improvement in her recovery from workouts, and her overall condition. She said she was losing her hair and at times feeling very weak from not being able to eat enough protein after the surgery, and since taking MAP on a daily basis, she said she feels much better on a daily basis and no longer feels weak or sluggish during the day.
Thanks again MAP and BodyHealth.
