Captain Ed's Journal
July: Well, this month has been focused on rebuilding my fitness after a June that saw me go through an 11 day training exercise with 14-20 hour days, and a week long fishing trip to northern Manitoba , Canada with my father. While the fishing trip was a bit more fun than the 11 day training exercise, there wasn't a lot of exercise going on in northern Manitoba .
Since returning to sunny Savannah , I have been able to establish a good training groove and have worked to reestablish a sound base.
I would like to take a moment in this journal entry to discuss some of the other people in my life that have had success with MAP.
My aunt Stephanie, who I have mentioned a couple of times in my entries, recently had gastric bypass surgery and has lost close to 100 lbs., is feeling better than ever since she began taking MAP in mid-April. She feels stronger and just overall healthier since she began taking it.
My wife Tracy, who is a vegetarian, and sometimes has trouble getting enough protein in her diet, has been taking MAP for about the last 14 months and seen great results in how she feels after hard workouts, as well as the tone and strength of her body.
My father who has struggled with shoulder pain and severe tendonitis in his elbow for over 6 months, has begun to take MAP as he rebuilds his strength and reports feeling great after his workouts and feeling very little residual soreness throughout the day.
During our fishing trip to Canada , the pro who accompanied us, Darrel Baker, suffers from severe pain in his upper back/shoulder from an old hockey injury. After 12-14 hours of fishing, you could imagine the pain that he was in. After noticing this one evening, I offered him 5 pills of MAP. Now I don't know if he was putting me on in the morning to make me feel good about the product I use, but there was a noticeable difference in his pain level and mobility the next day. After 3 days of MAP, Darrel was convinced that MAP and the pure protein it provides could help him out like no other.
Instead of a cash tip, which is normal to give a pro after a trip like that, I tipped Darrel by sending him 4 bottles of MAP. I look forward to hearing the positive reports soon. For a guy that spends over 200 days a year on the water, I think he'll appreciate it the MAP.
Attached are a couple of good photos of the 31 lb. lake trout I caught on the last day of the fishing trip. Amazing!
Take care and thanks again BodyHealth and MAP!
