Progress from Wounded US ARMY RANGER

Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) is helping me regain my strength and endurance each day. After getting my cast off only two short weeks ago, I am already able to do sets of 10 and 12 pull-ups as I go through my workout sessions.
Taking MAP throughout my recovery process has helped me to maintain a solid baseline of fitness as I did limited work with my right arm when it was injured. I am quickly gaining strength back in my arm, and after I begin a solid physical therapy regimen, will be back to normal in no time.
I have been able to recover from difficult strength training sessions as I rebuild my arm and allowing me to work harder and harder each time I enter the gym.
My right arm is gaining size with each passing week, and within another month I will be close to 100% and on my way to getting back to my old self.
