Progress from Wounded US ARMY RANGER

Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) continues to amaze me. I have had my cast off for a little more than a month and after a couple of weeks taking it easy after the cast came off, I am now back to close to 100% after only 3 full weeks of working out. I am surely not where I'd like to be with respect to my overall strength and endurance, but I am getting closer every day.
I can do over 15 pull-ups and close to 60 push-ups after only 3 weeks of full-tilt working out on my injured arm. Only two weeks ago, I could barely muster 30 to 35 pushups at max effort. I can now do close to 60 in one set, and have seen my overall body strength increase with each passing week.
I am able to recover from workouts extremely fast with MAP, which allows me to work out harder every time that I head to the gym or hit the pavement for a run. I expect that within another month, I will be close to 100% and working towards improving my fitness every day.
I feel more toned, cut, tight, and strong while using MAP versus just taking protein shakes and eating protein bars. I am very rarely sore when using MAP despite continually pushing myself past the limits of where I had been the previous workout.
