  • Could you benefit from taking this super antioxidant?

Ever heard of Lipoic acid? Here is some useful information about a new form of it. Lipoic acid is one of the most potent antioxidants in the body. It can eat up more types of free radicals than any other known antioxidant and it can recycle Vitamins E, C, CoQ10, and Glutathione. This means that after these vitamins have done their job to quench a free radical, the Lipoic Acid can recycle them so it can work again on new free radicals and eliminate it. Lipoic Acid is also a heavy metal chelator and can remove mercury, lead, cadmium, and arsenic from the body.

    Prevent Breakdowns

How little things can prevent breakdown if you have the correct information and do them ...

On my long ride this week I noticed that my rear derailleur would not shift into the higher gears. It just wouldn't release. I stopped and put some lubricant on it and worked it back and forth, thinking that it was some sand stuck in the bearings but that did not help. So I stopped at a bike shop on the road and after the mechanic looked at it he said, "looks like the shifter lever is shot. You'll need a new one. They cost about $250." "What? The bike is only a year old. How can this be?"

Athletic Performance and Total Body Toxic Load

Engaging in athletic activities puts a high demand on your body to go faster, jump higher, and lift more. Two very important factors must be considered so that your genetic endowment can be maximized:

    1. Nutrition is the most important factor. Adequate nutrients must be available to build tissues and organs as well as to provide fuel for energy.
