Ever Heard of the Taklimakan Desert? Me
neither. It's in China. The Taklimakan is 344 miles
long. Temperatures vary from below zero to over 100
degrees. It's all sand -- valleys of sand,
mountains of sand -- soft, deep sand.
Hard-to-walk-in sand. No one has ever walked across
it in recorded history, though many have tried. One
female, 51 years old, carrying a 48 pound back pack,
did it in 24 days . . . with the help of MAP.

"I did a 2:32 marathon run and have been on
several World Championship teams. Thanks MAP.
I just wanted to compliment you on the great
product. My sister purchased a bottle of MAP for
me and I found it extremely helpful in my recovery. I
was able to train harder and longer the following day,
when usually I am still fatigued. I recently won the
Dallas Texas Man Half Ironman. I am very glad to be
a part of the MAP Winner's Circle."

| What Does MAP's 99% Net Nitrogen Utilization Mean? |
 |
The unique amino acid profile of MAP
Formula provides an unprecedented 99% Net
Nitrogen Utilization (NNU). The NNU represents the
nutritional value of a dietary protein or an amino acid
formula. NNU is the percentage of constituent amino
acids that act as precursors or "building blocks" in
the body's protein synthesis.

| "My 25-Year-Old Son Is Having Trouble Keeping Up." |

"I love MAP. Like you, I have had major
changes. All of my injuries have healed -- some of
which had been nagging for three years. I recover
after a hard workout very quickly. I did an Ironman
race last weekend and it's usually two weeks before I
can walk straight. I was completely normal after this
race in three days with all muscle soreness gone. I
am sleeping more deeply and need less sleep. My
body fat too is down to a svelte 10 percent with
more muscle strength than I've ever had. I am using
weights three times a week and my 25-year-old son
is having trouble keeping up with me. Even old people
can get stronger. All vegetarians are
protein-deficient -- including me. Now after MAP
I am protein-deficient no longer. Thanks for the great
product!" - I.M.

Protein Recovery |
|
|
|
By Dr. David Pascal, D.C.
Track and Field athletes know that protein plays a
vital role in performing better, recovering faster, and
in the prevention of injury and illness. But how can
you maximize the benefits that protein has to offer?
As a sports medicine doctor, athletes come to me to
increase their performance. They are injured or
almost injured or never injured, but they all have the
same goal: to perform better. Last summer my
patients competed in 19 events in Athens. They
came home with 12 medals: 7 gold, 3 silver, and 2
bronze.
In over 18 years of practice, whether I am working
on an Olympic athlete, treating at the World
Championships, or helping an up and coming young
colt, one of my major tools is helping my athletes
achieve optimum protein intake.
PEAK PERFORMANCE
Perhaps the most important factor in athletic
performance is protein intake optimization...
