  • Here is what people are saying about MAP

MAP works! I was impressed with the results.
MAP dramatically improved my recovery time.
For the past several months, I have had excellent results, thus have now begun to prescribe it to family and friends who also are experiencing good results.
I am an intermediate weight lifter, I have noticed significant gains in strength.
I used MAP last year at Wildflower and would not really want to do the race without it.
MAP is as vital a training component as a wetsuit or a pair of running shoes.
MAP does seem to help with energy for my workout and recovery afterwards.

Why Do We Need Protein? Is My Diet Enough To Keep Me Optimized?

Since most of the body's proteins are continually broken down, the body needs to manufacture thousands of proteins every day to replace them.

The body uses the amino acids obtained from dietary protein or amino acid supplements to build the body's proteins which become the structural foundation of the body and the molecules that sustain life.

"Being a World Class Athlete, proper diet and supplementation is crucial to the recovery process and ultimately performance. I experienced quicker recovery times and higher energy levels while using MAP. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to enhance a healthy lifestyle, from the weekend warrior to the elite athlete."

Is Ribose part of your nutritional plan?

Ribose is a naturally occurring sugar that is essential to every living cell. The body makes ribose out of the glucose in the diet. From ribose, the body makes its most important energy particle, ATP. ATP is what fuels the muscles and every other cell so that they can do their work. The body has stores of ATP for ready use, but when needs are high, like during prolonged exercise, those storehouses get used up, and more glucose must be converted. This takes time and energy. If this occurs while you are exercising, the muscle will begin to stiffen and will not be as strong or fast. The body has to go through the conversion steps from glucose to ribose and then to ATP. This process can be speeded up by using ribose as a supplement.
