Welcome to this issue of the MAP Report. We are
getting some amazing success stories from those of
you taking it. I am including a few of them in this issue
so you can read them. The bottom line is that when
protein and other nutritional requirements are
optimized, the body will perform at its best. We were at
the Ralph's Half Ironman California and met many of
you. It was great to get your feedback. This season

Dr. Minkoff gave a lecture at Peter Reid's Triathlon
camp in Tucson a couple of weeks ago. The talk
was "How to Optimize Your Performance Using Protein
Therapy." In addition to talking about how endurance
athletes can meet their protein requirements, we
discussed the need for antioxidants with heavy training.
Dr. Minkoff suggested that each serious athlete should
do a blood profile early in the year to see if any
deficiencies exist.

| How Much MAP Do I Take? |

MAP leads to increased muscle strength,
increased bone strength, improved lactic acid
clearance, faster recovery and improved immune
response.
The correct amount of MAP for your body will
be different for each athlete. I put together some
guidelines for people to follow as a suggestion. You may
be able to get away with less depending on your time
and intensity of training and your dietary habits.

In one study those on MAP improved their
lactic acid clearance by 16%. That is huge!
How does this occur? It occurs because when you

I have been taking Biobulde for 1 month now, and I
have gotten more energy from using MAP. I have
also had pain in my legs, but now I don't feel the pain
as much as I did before taking MAP. - C.L.
I am a 66 year old triathlete with 13 years in the
sport. Recently, I attended a Tri Camp in Florida and
used MAP for the first time that week. I was a bit
nervous about trying something new, so I took only half

I had a great week of intensive training - about 30
hours total, 300 miles bike, 7500 meters swim, 25 miles
run. This is about double my usual training week, and I
