The season is

I just returned from IM Arizona where my day was
going as planned until mile 8 into the marathon and
nausea and vomiting forced me to walk the majority of
the last 18 miles. I used Gatorade on the bike and had
to stop to pee 2 x. No orange in what came back just
the water and L/L Gatorade from the run stations. This
is the 2nd time in the IM that nausea has affected me.
Any help?

Laura Sophiea is the Hawaii Ironman
World Champion for the 50-54 age group. She writes:
Kevin (Moats) had given me a bottle and I have been
using them after my races along with my recovery
drink. This past Sunday I raced the Little Smokies 1/2
ironman race in southern Ohio. I actually won female

Just a month ago, Luis suffered severe laceration
injuries to both feet and a badly sprained ankles when
jumping into the water at IM Arizona. He managed to
finish but it was an heroic struggle.
I personally thought it may take months for him to
recover, if at all...

Hello Doc, Thanks for the newsletter. I always look
forward to it!
Now and than I like to look back and see how far I
have come with BioBuilde after 3 years non stop on
the product. It is always difficult how to decide in what
to invest ones money for fitness and health as there
are so many things out there. I, to this day, have no
regrets on my decision with BioBuilde. Here's why:
I have aged up now into the 50-54 age group (new
USAT rules) and what an awesome start - I just don't
believe it sometimes - over Thanksgiving 2006, I
already met my 5k running goal that I set for August
2007! To break 23 minutes - I was always a stagnant
24-25 minute 5k' runner - I ran a 22:48 to win my age
group and a hugeoid turkey! Recently I completed 2
sprint triathlons in the last 3 weeks and qualified for
Age Group Nationals in Oregon.
Memorial Day was awesome - I ran a 10k with a
competitive club in Fredericksburg - there were over
15 in my age group and I took second in 49:52.
