and IM Arizona in two weeks. I hope it was good for

| Dosing MAP, Here is what I suggest . . . |

Dosing: Under 130 pounds, 6-7 tablets before
workout. Can be taken with sports drink, water, juice
or fruit. No oils or proteins. Over 130 pounds, take
10 tablets.
On hard or long days, take a second dose when you
are done. If the workout has been less than 2 hours

| Why do we need to eat protein, and does it matter which foods that protein comes from? |

understood area is protein. In a recent survey that
asked "why do we eat protein?", the majority of
respondents responded with "for energy." Another
question in that survey asked: "Each of these foods
has 14 grams of protein: ˝ can of tuna, a Balance Bar,
1 scoop of whey or soy protein. Does it matter which
