  • CoQ10 may Cut Muscle Injuries for Athletes

New research from Japan and published in the British Journal of Nutrition shows that indicators of muscle damage after exercise (creatine kinase and lipid peroxide) were much lower in elite Japanese kendo athletes while taking CoQ10 than placebo.

Other data has shown that CoQ10 supplements can boost performance and reduce tiredness from exercise.

The Athletes Using MAP Improve. Are you Missing Out?

    Here are some reports:

Frustrated with my inability to obtain adequate amount of protein throughout my work day to support my rigorous training schedule I began searching for a protein supplement. I found MAP to fit perfectly into my hectic day.

Since I have been using MAP I truly believe that I can recover faster from hard training sessions and races. I have relied on MAP year around for the last three years to help keep me healthy and competitive.

"I raced an Miami Olympic Distance triathlon after doing 125 mile bike two days before and an 18 mile run the day before. I used MAP after both of these training days and I was still able to compete and win my AG in the race. I really love your guy's product and really think that this allows me to back up my hard workouts. Thanks for a great product." Thanks - Shawn Burke

All of my regular patients, Olympic athletes, and coaches who have taken MAP tell me they notice increased energy and strength as well as a decrease in their recovery time. I believe that anyone who takes his or her health and fitness seriously needs to be using MAP! - Dr. David Pascal, World-Class Athlete Trainer

Nutrition for Triathlon Success - Part I

One of the greatest aspects of triathlon is that it is truly a lifestyle. As a result it touches all aspects of our lives and in the process makes us healthier. Nutrition (including hydration) is a vital component of this "lifestyle".
