    By Brooke Hanley Davison

I am on an airplane heading home to Boulder from Florida 70.3. This was my first 70.3 as a Pro, and I placed 7th and had a rough, rough day. Of course, like all days, there were so many positive points and as always I learned a lot. I love that aspect of triathlon and the privilege I have to race in such a wonderful sport.

Age group winner at Rumpass in Bumpass April 18, 2009 Age group winner at Reston Sprint Tri - May 30, 2009 Great things just happen to me each week. I feel blessed for my good health. good parents, good family.. and a great product for helping me recover in between my workouts. M.A.P has helped take my training to a higher level, not compromising anything! With a new agenda, teaching Kickboxing 3 x a week , training for road and off-road triathlons, I need to be careful to feel 100% and injury free in between and after all my other disciplines. Recent news. I was invited to be part of a Race Team in my home town. Yeah!! 51 and feeling gooooooood! Thank you all at BodyHealth.

    Captain Ed's Journal

Greetings. Well, this journal entry is quite special for me because it's the first time I writing as a father. My beautiful wife Tracy gave birth to our daughter Sophia London Arntson. She weighed 7 lbs. and 9 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long. Both Mom and baby are doing well.

    Cherie's Personal Top 10 List

I've done twenty-one Ironman races since 1992 when I did Kona for the first time. Over the years I've come to believe that there are some things that are key to my having a successful season. So I thought I'd share my own personal Top 10 List - David Letterman style.

    10) Race as often as possible.
Get a calendar and lay out my key race(s) and then start filling in with shorter events. Sprints and Olympics are speed work - the fun way - . . .
