Yes is could be the big C! CONSTIPATION!

BodyHealth Intestinal Cleanse might be just the thing you need to fell right.

A constipated person is often poisoned by their own waste. Even a little constipation is not good.

It leads to autointoxication. This means you become poisoned by your own waste.

    Seeing Through Different Eyes

by Cherie Gruenfeld Age Group Hawaii IM Champion

In all the years I've been racing, I've never done an all- women's event. I'm not a feminist, I don't wear a lot of pink and, quite frankly, I like mixing it up on the race course with the guys. So an event that included only women has never been high on my to-do list.

However, recently I was invited to take some girls from my Exceeding Expectations program ( www.eefoundation.org ) to the Trek All-Women's Duathlon in Disneyland . It sounded like a good opportunity for the girls, so I happily accepted the invitation and signed us all up.

A Great Testimonial from Mark Applegate of Rotterdam, NY.

I'm a 51 year old husband and father of 2 teenage boys and I've been involved with triathlons for the last 11 years. I grew up in high school as a swimmer and as cyclist, and at the age of 40 it seemed like a good time to pick up doing things I had always done growing up.

Over the years I've had the opportunity to race in every distance of triathlon and in 2005 participated in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, having won a slot through the lottery - how lucky is that! It was a culmination of all I had ever wanted to achieve in sport.

    Triathlete Mid Season

If you are lucky enough to live in Florida or one of the other warmer climates you will find yourself with the month of July being the mid season for your racing year. This is a good time to re-assess your goals for 2009 and see with an honest eye how the reality of your race season is matching up to what your goals were in January.

If you are on target, great!! If not, then its time to re- assess what you can accomplish in the remaining months of 2009.

July can serve as a great mid season break between two major racing sessions. Many age group athletes will complete in two Ironman races per year, one early in the year and one late in the season. In that case, it's a good idea to give yourself a mental and physical break between these two mega training cycles. Give your body a chance to recover from the initial mega cycle before launching into the second. If you have had any nagging injuries or soreness . . .
