Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) Winner's Circle Richard Brokaw
As I have aged I have seen an increase in the amount of time needed for recovery. That has all changed since using MAP for the last two years. I can get more quality in, and make bigger gains.
Recently, I used MAP pre-race and during the race and was able to run down some pro's in a very hot, humid and hilly ½ Ironman race.
