Are cheap supplements worth the money?
Walk down the “health food aisle” of any large chain grocery store, or search the web for brands of supplements and you will see and read information that claims to raise the dead and make supermen of the living. But more importantly as you look at the labels and compare products, the cheap ones seem to have the same ingredients as the more expensive ones. Is there a difference?
Yes there is. Quality does count. And with a quality product the body will actually respond and you will be able to feel the difference. Since the dietary supplement industry is not policed by the FDA, there are no standards for quality. This can lead one to think that if the labels are the same then the two products are the same.
Here is a good example: When we began to speak to
vendors
to supply us with Hoodia for our Healthy Thin product we tested 23 different company suppliers to find one that actually works. The rest said they were Hoodia but did not contain the active fraction and would not work.
Another example: vitamin E testing of many brands show that less is actually in the product than what the label states. And many times the cheap alpha form is only present when a good product will contain the alpha, beta, delta, and gamma forms and tocotrienols.
Why waste money and buy products that don't work?
BodyHealth.com products are of the highest quality and are free of contamination from:
1. Bacteria, yeast and molds.
2. Heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium)
3. Chemicals and solvents (dioxins, PCBs, etc)
They are manufactured to the highest standards possible for potency and purity. The food concentrates are organic. They are free of corn, soy, yeast, dairy and eggs. They are free of cheap fillers including lactose, sucrose, and corn starch.
Quality does matter and you can count on BodyHealth supplements to deliver the best that money can buy. |
