Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) Newsletter Contest Rules 1) HOW TO ENTER: To be entered into the "MAP Newsletter Contest," you must register by submitting a completed new member profile at the email sign up page. This gives us a way to contact you if you win. Only those registering will be entered into the drawing. The other rules and details of the MAP Newsletter Contest are as follows:
2) TEN winners will receive a free bottle of MAP and TWO Winners will receive a $250 gift certificate to TriSports.com. Any subsequent state, provincial, local, or other applicable taxes in an eligible jurisdiction in connection with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by the sponsor, i.e., BodyHealth, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
3) PRIZE DRAWING: The 12 winners will be selected on or about October 1, 2004 from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. Decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judges are final and binding on all issues relating to this contest. The information collected during newsletter signup is kept strictly confidential and is NEVER sold to anyone. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received per entry period. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 5 business days of the drawing date.
4) GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants without limitation release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees, parents, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, successors and assigns (collectively "Releases") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant or to modify, terminate or suspend, in whole or in part, the sweepstakes. Should the sweepstakes be modified, terminated or suspended prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the BodyHealth Web site and Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing. Any attempt to damage the BodyHealth or MAP sites or to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves right to prosecute violators to the fullest extent allowable by law.
5) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who register for the MAP Newsletter anytime between August 1, 2004 and September 15, 2004. Employees of BodyHealth.com or any of its subsidiaries are not eligible to win.
