get “salt rings' on my clothes after working out. Should I be concerned? Thanks, Scott.

Dear Scott, “Salt Rings” on your clothes may simply be symptomatic of your synthetic clothing – not necessarily an excess in amount of fluid or salt loss.
However, if you notice excessive cramping, cumulative fatigue at the end of your workout sessions, you may need to increase your salt intake. A heavy sweater can ingest between 800 – 1500 mg per hour – light sweaters 150 – 300 mg per hour.
