Brooke Hanley Davison
Brooke has just finished her first full year of competitive triathlon. She maintained an undefeated season. She has raced and won in Sprint, Olympic, and 70.3 distances with a total of 12 races. The most recent win at Ford Ironman 70.3 Clearwater, makes her the 2008 Female Amateur World Champion. Brooke joins the sport of triathlon building off of her background as an All American Collegiate swimmer at University of California Berkeley, recreational mountain biker, and runner. Brooke raced her first triathlon in July 2007, and was named a USAT All American after just 3 races. She was drawn to the sport when she started attending Masters swim practices taught by Dave Scott, who has since become her coach. Back in the pool and reconnecting with the sport she loved, it was an easy step to bring her passion for cycling and running into the mix. A strong competitive spirit and a fierce determination and fortitude prove to be a winning combination.
Brooke is disciplined and focused in all areas of her life. As a busy mother of three young children, Miller (7), Chase (4), and Lang (2), she is adept at managing a busy life schedule and fitting it all in. In addition to a full training schedule she finds time to volunteer at her children's schools, run a busy household, and shuttle the kids to and from a host of activities and sports. Brooke has a background as a high school teacher of math and science, an Instructor with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), and as a certified birth Doula. Brooke is married to her husband Andrew and the family lives, works and plays in Boulder, Colorado.
Testimonial
Being a 37 year old mother of three young children, I have to maintain my health and stamina while training for triathlon at high volumes. I believe MAP is what allows me to train at high intensity and recover quickly in between my workouts. I take MAP each morning, as well as after my big training sessions.
I have seen my overall health improve, as well as my constitutional strength and endurance.
I do not eat red meat and I work very hard to ingest enough protein each day. MAP is a well-refined product that allows quick intake and easy absorption.
Prior to taking MAP as part of my daily regime, I caught every bug that my children brought home from school. Now with MAP on board, my immune system is strong and I am able to keep most bugs at bay. Thus, I am able to maintain high intensity training sessions and recover in between, instead of using energy to fight off viruses. MAP supports my overall well being as a mother and as a triathlete.
I trust BodyHealth.com and MAP intuitively and wholeheartedly and recommend it to any athlete looking to achieve peak results as well as overall consitiutional health.
