  • Are you an “energy bar” junkie?

Do you feel that eating a bar is a good substitute for real unprocessed food? Taint true. Its good marketing, but rarely good nutrition, and expensive to boot for what you get.

Compare an average “energy” bar. 200-280 calories. Loaded with unhealthy bad carbs like high fructose corn syrup, and a mix of whey and soy protein- both poor quality with a utilization of only about 17%. Add to that unhealthy fats like fractionated palm oil. Cost about $1.50 Nutrition: poor.

    MAP Success with Children

I am a 10 year old competitive gymnast and compete with the Hurst Gymnastics Team and for USA Gymnastics.

Before taking MAP my muscles were achy and sore all the time. Since I have been using this product I am not sore in the morning and have much more energy. Not only does MAP keep my muscles relaxed, I have also noticed I am stronger and have more endurance. I also have asthma and since using this product my lungs also feel better. I am able to run longer and harder without an inhaler. MAP works awesome and I am extremely happy with the results.

To run faster in a race

To run faster in a race- you have to in training, at least a little bit.

Danish scientists divided a group of experienced runners who averaged 60 miles a week at a fast pace into two groups. Group 1 cut their mileage to 30 miles a week but twice a week ran a series of 50-100 yard sprints as fast as they could. Group two continued as before. Group 1 had a 7% improvement in max oxygen uptake. Group 2 did not improve. Running fast can increase chances of injury, so don’t do it when your legs feel heavy or sore, but doing so can pay benefits in fitness and speed.

MAP can help you recover from hard workouts.

Do you have an open window?

It is well known that long distance training and racing makes one prone to upper respiratory infections. The basic idea is that the stress of prolonged exercise “opens the window” to viruses to get into the body because the immune system is compromised and can’t get them before they get you. This is the experience many have had. UNLESS they use BioMAP.

    Why?

Exercise greatly increases protein requirements to recover from damaged tissues. Protein is also required to maintain immune health. If the amount of protein is insufficient to meet both the recovery and immune needs, the body will fall short in one of them. Either you don’t recover or you get sick.

With MAP you can get enough protein, fast enough to maintain both. Take up to 10 tablets before and 10 tablets after hard workouts. You’ll see what I mean.
