I purchased 4 bottles of MAP at the XTERRA Race in Richmond, Virginia. I won my age group at Richmond and won the overall at Highland the next weekend.
I've been taking MAP before and after my long and/or hard workouts. I take it following my easier workouts too. I have no soreness!
