Hello, my name is Bobby "Gorilla" Hoff and I live in the northern island of Hokkaido, Japan.
Last spring I signed up for a nutritional consultation with Dave Scott. In addition to analyzing everything I ate and giving many valuable suggestions to improve my diet, he also recommended that I use MAP.
To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but thought, I should at least give MAP a try. So I ordered a couple of bottles, and also implemented Dave's suggestions to boost my diet. I could feel an improvement in my energy levels and general well-being from the improved diet, but at first I couldn't feel anything from MAP.
I didn't stop taking it, though, and after a while I did start to feel a difference. MAP did seem to give me an extra boost of energy; I felt clearer and not as tired, and it seemed to give me the energy to train harder and recover better! I was able to complete hard workouts better and take my fitness to a higher level!
I had my best season (mainly road cycling) ever! After starting MAP and implementing Dave's diet suggestions, I won my class in a 4.7km All-Hokkaido Time Trial, and was overall winner in another All-Hokkaido 10km Time Trial in eastern Hokkaido (I'm especially happy with the latter, because at the age of 48 I beat all the young guys-for at least a day!).
I also won a local mountainous race, and I have never done well in mountainous races...until I started taking MAP! I strongly recommend MAP and Dave Scott's nutritional consultation to any athlete, from amateur to pro, and also to anybody wishing for a healthier, better diet, higher energy levels and general well-being!
