Winner at New Jersey State Triathlon 2008 (Mens 65-69)
I am a senior triathlete (USAT age 67) who was introduced to the sport by my daughter. She also introduced me to MAP.
I find it useful before a vigorous workout especially on the bike. Naturally I also take it before competitions. It seems to make a real difference for me. So far I have done 11 triathlons. Most often I have been 2 nd in my age group.
Usually I do events locally, but I had a meeting in Pennsylvania the week after the New Jersey State Triathlon, so I thought I'd give it a try. Despite a disappointing swim time, due to the lake being too warm for wetsuits, I made up for it on the bike and was first in my age group.
