Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) Winner's Circle

Since using MAP, my high intensity interval training sessions have improved. During my track sessions I can maintain the same pace or descend throughout the entire workout. Before using MAP, I would usually fatigue towards the end of the session, and my pace would slow down as a result.

I also see improvement in my "brick" workouts. I will usually go on an endurance ride of 50 miles or more and follow the bike ride with a 30 to 40 minute run at tempo pace. When I supplement with MAP, I can run at tempo right off the bike. Without MAP it takes me about a mile before I can get up to speed.

I'm a big believer in "you race like you train," and with MAP I can train at race pace, which corresponds to faster race results.

7/13/04 — I usually feel sluggish after a hard swim workout and I have to wait a few hours before starting a run or bike. But when I use MAP, I have been able to do threshold bikes and runs after an intense swim session.

8/17/04 — I am really excited about your product. I have been looking for a product that would allow my body to recover quickly, so I could do back to back threshold training sessions. My legs feel fresh, so I can push harder and gain better results quicker.
