I just started taking MAP in July to help with recovery. I noticed a shift in my food cravings, a lot less protein cravings, but more importantly a bit more energy from workout to workout. This is key, since my job is very demanding coupled with a tough training schedule.
When I use MAP on a regular basis my legs are more responsive and less sluggish.
