MAP is my trusty "training partner"!
I faithfully take 7 MAP tablets each morning with a piece
of fruit, before a good breakfast. My energy levels
are high. Because I am an endurance athlete,
57 years old, I know the importance of recovery and
smart training. MAP gives me that "extra" boost that I
need to recover and to go strong again the next
day!
Recently, I rode my bike nearly 300 miles from Portland, Maine to Lake Placid, to cheer and support teammates competing in Ironman/USA. My route was along beautiful backroads through the mountains. I completed the journey across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont in 2-1/2 days, feeling great every day, arriving in Lake Placid just in time to regroup for dinner with fellow teammates, then get up with them at 3:30am for support. IM day lasted well into the night, but I had the energy and stamina for much running back and forth along the course, cheering, and to even squeeze in a training swim!

For the past two years, I have been faithfully using MAP on a daily basis. As an Ironman athlete, 57 years old, I understand the need for my body to have the ability to recover and maintain energy levels for the next event - whether it be a tough training day, race of any distance, or just a "day off.
