I have been taking Master Amino Acid Pattern for four years now with excellent results in my races. Since then, I have improved my performance in all three disciplines, and most important, I haven't had any injuries in those four years. The story begins this past New Years Eve when my father told me he would like to some day do the Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela where you have to walk from 100 to 700km (depending on the place you begin) to get to a small and very famous town in Spain. To make a long story short, we planned the adventure to begin the pilgrimage to Santiago in June, walking a distance of 108 km, a big challenge for my father. So the big day finally came and we flew to Europe very exited, nervous and with a lot of uncertainty …
In the very beginning we realized it was harder than we thought, the road was very tough and it was a rainy and cold day. For any of us who practice triathlon or Ironman this is not big deal and it sounds easy to run 10, 21 or 42k in a race, but this is different, you have to walk from 10 to 20 km every day, of course you can sit every now and then to have a nice glass of wine and some delicatessen (would be nice for a race!) but you also have to carry all your stuff like water, clothes, blankets, jackets, etc. and you have to walk from 5 to 10 hrs a day.
Any way, all this is just to explain the conditions of our adventure. The main thing is that after four walking days, almost all the nails of my father's feet were black and by the afternoon he was really tired and with a lot of back pain.
Without giving it a lot of thought, one day, I offered him the same dosage of Master Amino Acid Pattern that I was having. He is not an athlete so I never thought that he could have the pills before. Well, four days after he was taking them something incredible happened. He walked two times more km than the days before and faster! Of course, when we returned to Mexico he asked me to get for him those pills that made him feel so good!
