I just completed IM Wisconsin. This is my 4th IRONMAN of this year, and only two weeks after IM Louisville. It was the second time this year I have qualified for the World Championship in Kona. And I broke my PR by 21 minutes! Without MAP I would not have been able to recover and accomplish this. I placed 6th place within my age group and a 103 overall within 2,400 participants, including pro's.
As soon as I finished IM Louisville, I started taking 10 pills every day during the next 15 days. As a result, my muscles recovered at 100% , and I was completely ready for Wisconsin.
During the race, I could not believe I was able to maintain 110% of my capacity all the time. With the combination of MAP, Gatorade and Gluco Sport (something similar to Gu), I needed no other food or supplement during the event.
IM Wisconsin is typically to be the slowest IM in the world due to its challenging, technical bike that sucks everything out of your legs. But MAP was like candy to my muscles. I am sure this is the best protein nutrition that ever existed. It helped me to recover many places in the run and was able to qualify for 8 th time to Hawaii.
My brain knew my legs could not continue with such pace, however, my legs were always strong to keep the pace during the whole marathon to finish it in 3:32. This product really works!
