MAP: MAPWinner's Circle Brian Monaghan
Winner at Kailua-Kona (Military Men) and Escape to Miami Triathlon (Men 20 - 24)
October 2007 - In order to prepare for my first Ironman race I did 100+ mile rides every Sunday and 20+ mile runs every Wednesday for 3 months. On these hard days I would take 5 BioBuild tablets in the morning and 5-10 tablets after my workout. Taking BioBuild and eating a good meal after these workouts enabled me to come back stronger and faster for my next breakthrough workout. I was able to win first place in the military division and get a podium finish in my age group at my first trip to Ironman Hawaii. My body was ready to stand up to the challenges at Kona and BodyBuild was essential to my preparation.
September 2007 - I learned in July I would be representing the US Coast Guard at IM Hawaii in 2007, three months before the race. I knew to train for my first Ironman race I would have to put in long hours, and I would also need to take advantage of any means I could to recover from hard training sessions.
That's when I first tried BioBuild, and I have been getting stronger ever since. Training for my first Ironman has not been easy, but taking 10 tablets of MAP per day has helped me to constantly get stronger throughout my training. I am ready to tackle the challenges at Kona, and MAP was essential to my preparation

Alex Mroszczyk-McDonald - Overal Winner at Lake Placid at Mooseman 1/2 Ironman
"When taking MAP after a long run or long ride, I would virtually be able to complete the same workout the next day, where as last year my training would be compromised for days due to the residual soreness and fatigue from these strenuous workouts.
Being a medical student I understand the intricate balance between exercise physiology, nutrition and recovery. In order to repair muscle damage as well as recharge the body quickly, the essential amino acids and other nutrients must be readily available to the body, however, they must also be available in the correct ratios.
Taking MAP I do not need to worry if I obtained the correct volume or ratios of isoleucine or valine to optimize my recovery. It is already done!"
