2005 update:
I have been using MAP now for 1 1/2 years. I feel great. My aches and pains have gone away and my times have improved. Next Goal: qualify for Hawaii

Winner at 2004 Buck Creek Triathlon (age group 35-39)
I have been doing triathlons consistently for 3 years. This last year I started taking MAP and I feel noticeably different after a race. I seem to recover faster. I used to have some minor knee pain but while taking MAP it has gone away.
This year has been my best year ever. I am consistently in the top 10% of the finishers. I won my age group 35-39 this year twice. Next year I will be 40, the youngest in my age group. I look forward to a great season. I know MAP will allow me to move to the next level.
