| Why take a multivitamin with liver detox support? |
 |
Here are nine good reasons:
1. The food we eat is for the most part “mass
manufactured” and compared to 50 or 100 years ago,
depleted in essential minerals, vitamins and may have
genetically modified aspects which are very foreign
to our bodies.
2. Many people eat non-foods like MSG,
saccharine, nutrisweet, splenda, artificial colorants
and flavors, that put stress on our systems.

All 1 can say is, wow, what a product!
I continue to have incredible success in triathlons
(and even marathons) and Master Amino Acid Pattern is key to
creating that success.
Simply put, in the last year I have taken off 1 minute
from my fastest 5k time, and 7 minutes off my
previous years results at the Regional championship.
This year I have finished in the top 10 in my age
group for all races, and the top 10 overall in over 10
races!
I now have the energy to not only do well at an
event, but recover quickly enough to enjoy my
children and the rest of my life. Race on!
Thanks,
Greg Yoakam

| Kona Moments |
 |
I've been lucky enough to race in Kona many
times and I have memories of those years that form
a clear picture of why Kona is so special and why so
many of us are pulled back to the island every
October. For those of you who have been there, you
may share some of my memories and will surely have
some special moments of your own. If you've not yet
had the privilege of racing in Kona, keep working on
getting that slot. It's one of those wonderful and
rare experiences in life that actually lives up to the
hype.

| ATP molecules, ginko, yerba mate and more |
 |
Pozitive Energy is an amazing product. Have you
tried it? Consider this: The ingredients in Pozitive
energy read like a who’s who on what an athlete
needs.
It is packed with B vitamins to generate ATP
(molecules that store your body's energy), and
antioxidants like cysteine, ginko, grape seed, green
tea, and energy activators like ginseng, pyruvate,
yerba mate and green tea in a sublingual spray that
reaches your blood stream in seconds.
Try it pre or post work out, or during the day when
you need a natural boost. It's much healthier than a
cola or coffee and the grape taste can’t be beat.

30 Days to Kona: Peaking/Tapering for the Big One |

By Kevin Moats, IM 50-55 Hawaii World Champion and
world record holder.
So now you are in the home stretch. What to do to
bring you to the starting line fresh and ready to go?
4 Weeks from race day:
Ideally 5th week from Race day, you did a hard short
effort, like a ½ Ironman or International Distance
Triathlon. The 4th week out is the last high volume
week.
Saturday: Ride should still be in the 5 hour range at
your endurance pace. Your Sunday: Run should
be at least 2 ½ hours.
3 Weeks from Race Day:
Saturday: Ride 75% of your long ride -4 hours max. A
group ride with some surges and intensity would be
good.
