Dr. David Pascal's Bio - updated 12/10/2010

Dr. David Pascal grew up in Los Angeles, where he was the L.A. City Cross Country Champion and a 4:14 miler. He ran cross country and track for UCLA, and was a member of their 1981 NCAA National Championship Track & Field team.

After college, Dr. Pascal was sponsored by Nike while competing for the world renowned Santa Monica Track Club. He raced on the world circuit (Zurich, Berlin, Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo,...), and had a personal best of 3:44.2 for 1500 meters.

In 1983 he fulfiled a life long dream of winning a race on the world circuit when he won a 1500 meter run in the World Games track meet in Helsinki, Finland which was held just prior to the first World Track and Field Championships held in the same stadium.

Dr. Pascal graduated from UCLA in 1984 and from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1988, with a B.A. in Psychology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He's taught post graduate courses on injury rehabilitation, Quantum Neurology and Neurologic Relief Center Technique. The Discovery Channel's Fit TV and ESPN documentary film crews have both recorded Dr. Pascal's unique work with world-class athletes and he has been the subject of a cover story in Bicycling Magazine. In 1989 he developed a specialized technique for the treatment of low back disc injuries, and has lectured across the United States and in Europe.

About to begin his 25th year working with high school, college and world-class athletes, Dr. Pascal has been the chiropractor at countless athletic events. His athletes have won 30 Gold, Silver and Bronze medals while under his care in the last two Olympic Games and last three World Championships.

Dr. Pascal says, "I highly recommend Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) to all of my patients. My elite athletes that use MAP report a marked increase energy and strength as well as a decrease in their recovery time. I believe that anyone that takes his or her health and fitness seriously needs to be using MAP!"
