I am currently in training for Ironman Wisconsin. With my work
schedule, I have to do most of my long bike and run workouts on
weekends.
I have found that using MAP as a supplement on
Saturdays helps me recover so I can continue with long training on
Sundays.
Right now I'm 10 weeks away from race date and on track with
my training goals and feel strong. I seem to be holding off the feeling of fatigue
I have had while training for other Ironmans.
