My first age group win this year and I'm learning more each race about how important my supplements are in training and racing! My mother uses MAP and got me using it as I started competing in the 70.3 distance triathlons.
As a University of Florida TriGator , we receive excellent training and now my use of MAP helps me recover better between tough workouts. I've been using vitamins and supplements for awhile, but MAP really gives me the added advantage of knowing I'll feel up to that next training workout.
I take MAP before and after workouts and before all of my races. Thanks for a great product that I can see helps all of us triathletes, young and old alike! I will continue to use it as I train for shorter sprints and the Clearwater 70.3!
