I discovered MAP after reading that Lance Armstrong uses it to perform his best. Since he swore by it and he is a remarkable athlete, I decided to try it as well. After using it, I have noticed that it has helped me build muscle and reduce the time it takes to recover from my workouts. My chiropractor, Dr. David Pascal, highly recommends it to his patients and he is someone I admire a lot.
