My name is Denny Silva and I am a triathlete from Las Vegas, Nevada.

I work as a personal trainer so I am constantly surrounded by exercise even when I am not the one training. I am always looking for new supplements to enhance my muscle recovery and performance.

I first discovered MAP in an ad in Triathlete magazine. I was immediately interested and decided to give MAP a try. I have tried many other supplements but never noticed a true difference in my recovery and performance.
