I just wanted to thank you for exposing me to your new product. I have noticed a tremendous difference in my performance. I do think that MAP helps you recover faster and therefore train harder. And as many of your customers and fellow know, working full-time and being a parent leaves precious little time to train.
You often have to make the most of what time you do carve out in a day and attack each workout with powerful intensity. Even still, I was able to train harder and longer this past year without incurring any injuries, the first time in years! I am now fully in to my off-season training phase. I am stronger than ever and looking forward to a fast and healthy 2005!

Ironman training is about consistancy - being able to put together strong back-to-back workouts. Needing to take extra recovery days or backing off on a workout due to a tired body can compromise my overall plan. I start working on recovery the minute I finish a workout, and I consider MAP to be key to my Recovery Plan and a consistant Ironman training program. - Images
