Binds Heavy Metals

Body Detox formula is best taken at bedtime on an empty stomach. Begin with 1-2 sprays under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds. Then drink 6-8 ounces of purified water. Gradually work up to 8 sprays if there are no side effects. If problems occur, such as headache, flu symptoms, constipation, undue fatigue or mental confusion discontinue until symptoms regress. Usually side effects occur due to upping the dose too fast. It is important that one maintain daily bowel movements and stay well hydrated while taking Body Detox.
